When engaged upon a search we will:
- Visit your company to understand your needs and environment
- Assist in refining the position description to ensure you can attract the candidate with the skill sets you need
- Conduct a thorough search and present our current best candidates, all of whom will have been through our extensive screening process
- Conduct a strategic search targeted specifically for your needs to identify the proper talent in the marketplace
- Manage the entire hiring process: schedule interviews, provide feedback, negotiate the offer and manage the candidate’s resignation and transition process
We meet with all of our candidates in person before representing them to companies. This ensures that we have a very good understanding not only of the candidate’s experience but also their soft skills. A large part of our success is due to our ability to understand the “right fit” within the organization, which is just as critical as tangible skill sets.
Additionally we do not represent candidates to companies until we have gained the candidate’s explicit permission to do so. This ensures that we are introducing “new” talent to the company and are also acting with full endorsement of the candidate.
